SHIPPING
4) How much is shipping for one pair of shoes?
» POSLAJU flat rate of RM8.00 for the whole Peninsular Malaysia, RM10.00 for Sabah/Sarawak. International shipment can be calculated here.
Domestic Poslaju Delivery Standard: Delivery standard of next working day is applicable only for areas covered by Poslaju Centres. For other areas, the delivery standard is within 2 to 3 days. Click here to check your areas.

» Registered post flat rate of RM3.00 for Peninsular Malaysia/Sabah/Sarawak.
International shipment cost can be calculated here.

5 ) What if I do not receive my parcel?
It usually takes about 2-3 working days to arrive depending on the locations. You can track the parcel with the tracking code given to you by calling up Pos Malaysia Customer Service Centre at
1300 300 300. Do notify us about it & we will try our best to assist you.

For POSLAJU & Registered post, please ensure that the shipping address has somebody to sign off the parcel. Otherwise, they will deposit the parcel at your nearest post office & you will
have to collect it yourself.

PAYMENT
6) How do I make my payment?
Please read here. Currently, we only accept payment to our Maybank & CIMB. Meanwhile, for international shoppers only, we accept PayPal.

7) I can't pay the exact amount via the cash deposit machine, help!
For example, you are suppose to pay us RM59.00 but the bank's cash deposit machine only accepts RM10 notes. No worries! Pay us RM60.00 & let us know. We will put the remaining change (RM1.00) back into your parcel.

8) How do I know if the shoes fit me?
Rule of thumb – do your due diligence, get a measuring tape & measure yourself. We do provide all the measurements in details & if you need more information, do contact us.

9) Do you restock your goodies?
All of our stocks are handpicked locally, even suppliers have limited stocks and they have a whole database of sellers as their customer. Therefore we can't guarantee restockability, if there are demands on new items to be restocked, we have to ask our supplier whether the item are available/restockable or not. Sometimes order may take up two weeks to arrive for restock order, so grab 'em quick while stocks lasts!

10) How often do you update?
At least 2-3 times in a month. Best choice is to check us out often & you might want to subscribe to our mailing list (on your right) or follow us on twitter. It keeps you updated whenever we post up new goodies. We will also upload sneak preview photos of upcoming items on our twitter.

11) Are these pre-order shoes?
No, these are all ready-stocks. We don't do pre-order because we would like to see the item in hand and confirm stock's quality before we sell anything. So rest assured item will be ship out the very next day after payment has been received, you won't have to wait 2 - 3 weeks like pre-order style.
